• Clearance Items: All merchandise is sold as-is, final sale—no refunds, returns, exchanges, or warranties.
  

• Pick-Up and Delivery: Items must be picked up or delivered within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, your deposit will be forfeited, and the merchandise will be donated to a local charity.
